Discover our innovative drawing template that allows you to easily and cost-effectively create your own 4-1 collector for exhaust systems – now also available as a digital version for 3D printing!
Here’s how it works: Simply slide the template onto the pipe, mark the cutting lines, and make clean cuts. Repeat this process four times and voilà — your collector is ready to be welded.
Before we forget: To achieve a perfect circle at the outlet, you'll need to slightly flare the end of the pipe.

Recommended Print Settings:
- 0.16 mm layer height (or variable height if available)
- Minimum 3 outer wall perimeters
- Infill: at least 20%
