General Terms and Conditions of Sascha Werblow
§1 Scope and Definitions
(1) The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in the version valid at the time of the order.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession (§ 13 German Civil Code – BGB).
§2 Conclusion of a Contract, Storage of the Contract Text
(1) The following regulations on the conclusion of a contract apply to orders placed via our online shop at https://www.litowelt.com.
(2) In case of contract conclusion, the contract is made with:

(3) The presentation of the goods in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to consumers to order goods.
By ordering the desired goods, the consumer makes a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
(4) When an order is received via our online shop, the following applies:
The consumer makes a binding contractual offer by successfully completing the order process provided in our online shop.
The order involves the following steps:

Review of items in the shopping cart

Click on the "Checkout" button

Login to the online shop after registration and entering login details (email address and password)

Final review or correction of the entered data

Binding submission of the order by clicking the “Buy Now” or “Place Order” button
Before submitting the binding order, the consumer can return to the page where the customer data was entered by using the “Back” button in the internet browser and correct any input errors.
The order process can also be cancelled by closing the web browser.
We confirm receipt of the order immediately by an automatically generated email ("Order Confirmation"). With this, we accept your offer.
(5) Storage of contract text for orders via our online shop:
We store the contract text and send you the order details and our Terms and Conditions by email.
You can view the Terms and Conditions at any time at: https://www.litowelt.com/agb
Your past orders can be viewed in your customer account under "My Account" → "Orders".
§3 Prices, Shipping Costs, Payment, Due Date
(1) The stated prices include VAT and other price components. Shipping costs may apply in addition.
(2) The consumer has the option of payment via:

Bank transfer (prepayment)

(3) If the consumer chooses prepayment, they are obligated to pay the purchase price immediately after the conclusion of the contract.
§4 Delivery
(1) Unless otherwise clearly stated in the product description, all items offered by us are ready for immediate dispatch.
Delivery will be made within 5 working days at the latest.
For prepayment, the delivery period starts on the day after the payment order has been issued to the transferring bank.
For all other payment methods, it starts on the day after contract conclusion.
If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday at the place of delivery, the deadline is extended to the next working day.
(2) The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the goods passes to the buyer only upon handover, even in the case of a shipment purchase.
§5 Retention of Title
We retain ownership of the goods until full payment of the purchase price has been received.
§6 Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract in accordance with the following instructions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not related to their commercial or self-employed activity.
Withdrawal Instruction
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

by means of a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a different delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we received your notice of withdrawal.
For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction unless otherwise expressly agreed with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us promptly and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal of this contract.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
